Through a programme of group and/or solo exercises…

…participants come to understand, and put into practice, the skills
involved in establishing a sustained confident connection with
any business group or individual.

They learn to structure the content of any business communication to maximise clarity and impact.

They learn how to optimise the expressive and persuasive capacity of their voice.

Through a number of tried and tested group-exercises:

a set of key principles and relevant vocabulary are established.

• Students are introduced to some highly effective exercises to
  enhance their use of voice.

• Each participant then delivers a short, prepared presentation to
  their group and receives practical feedback where issues
  particular to that individual are addressed. Tools are provided
  they can use to continue their development independently.

• All taking part support each other by forming various types of
  ‘audiences’ for those presenting (small, large, interview panel,
  one-on-one) and learn by watching their fellows being coached
  and by participating in the feedback discussions.

• Depending on the particular programme, students may have
  the opportunity to go off and re-work their presentation in the
  light of the feedback, then to return and present it a second
  time.
